• Reviews must be honest and based on your actual cleaning experience
• Reviews must follow Google's policies
• Fake or duplicate reviews don't count
• Discounted or free cleanings can't be combined with other promotions
• Program may change at any time
• Free and discounted cleanings must be scheduled during regular business hours
• Only paying customers who received a service can participate

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The HC Pro’s Raffle and Rewards Program (“Program”). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have completed and paid for a cleaning service from The HC Pro.
1.2 Employees of The HC Pro and members of their households are eligible to participate.
1.3 Reviews must be submitted by the verified customer who received the service.

2. Raffle Entry Requirements

2.1 Participants receive one (1) raffle entry for each valid 5-star Google review submitted following a completed cleaning service.
2.2 Only one review per cleaning appointment qualifies.
2.3 Reviews must be posted using the official review link provided by The HC Pro.
2.4 Reviews must reflect the customer’s genuine experience and comply with Google’s terms and policies.
2.5 The HC Pro reserves the right to reject entries deemed fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Monthly Raffle Procedures

3.1 All eligible reviews received during a calendar month will be included in the raffle for the following month.
3.2 A raffle drawing will occur during the second week of each month.
3.3 A minimum of twelve (12) qualifying reviews must be received in the preceding month for a drawing to occur.
3.4 The raffle prize consists of a fifty percent (50%) discount on one future cleaning service (“Prize”).
3.5 The Prize must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of issuance and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or credits.
3.6 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Rewards Points System

4.1 Participants earn five (5) rewards points for each qualifying 5-star review submitted.
4.2 Only one review per cleaning service qualifies for points.
4.3 Accumulated points may be redeemed once the participant’s balance reaches sixty (60) points, which may be exchanged for one free standard cleaning service.
4.4 Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged.
4.5 Points may only be redeemed for services and cannot be applied to past due balances.

5. Review Standards

5.1 Reviews must be honest, original, and based solely on the customer’s actual service experience.
5.2 Reviews suspected to be inaccurate, misleading, duplicate, or incentivized outside the Program will be disqualified.
5.3 Participants may be required to verify the authenticity of their review.

6. Prize and Reward Conditions

6.1 Prizes and free cleanings apply only to standard residential cleaning services unless otherwise stated.
6.2 All services are subject to scheduling availability.
6.3 Prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
6.4 The HC Pro reserves the right to modify or limit services redeemed through the Program due to operational needs.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

7.1 The HC Pro may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
7.2 In the event of termination, unredeemed points expire immediately and no compensation will be provided.
7.3 Updated terms will be posted at www.thehcpro.com/my-h-c-pro.

8. Privacy

8.1 By participating, customers consent to the use of their first name and general location (e.g., city) for winner announcements.
8.2 Personal information will be handled according to The HC Pro’s privacy practices and will not be sold or shared.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The HC Pro is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
9.2 The HC Pro is not liable for technical issues affecting the submission or visibility of reviews.
9.3 The HC Pro provides no warranty regarding the continued availability of the Program.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The HC Pro’s determinations regarding eligibility and compliance are final.
